Meet Kyle Vest new Grandson of Dan
and Ellen Dennis (Yellow Retiree). Kyle was born on July 15,
2009 @ 8lb13oz he is now 17 lbs and is 3 months old.
Congratulations to both Dan and Ellen on the birth of their
first Grand Child. |

Tom Quackenbush and Jeff Palmerino
both of UPS at Rome airport. Tom and Jeff went to Italy to visit
relatives, visit the Vatican and run in the Romea marathon. To

February 20, 2009 Retiree Al
Sagendorph sits on a Orange County Choppers built
motorcycle at the Orange County Choppers shop. Al went to pick
up this motorcycle which was built for the Colonie Village Fire
Company. Al also visited the OCC store and toured the shop
along with meeting the Tuttle family and crew. The bike is to be
raffled off by the Colonie Village Fire Company on June 27th,
2009.

Jerry Jackson ups driver retired october 2006 working at the
Iowa floods with the American Red Cross. Standing with me Don
Henry also a retired teamster we worked closely with teamster
local 238 disaster team.Roy Gillespie division rep from
Washington, DC was correlating relief efforts at the wasehouse. |

Congratulations to Larry Morton (retiree) on
his becoming a member of "The Nashville Songwriters
International Association". Larry has written a song "Boot Hill
in Nashville" which he is hoping will be picked up and recorded
by one of Nashville's stars. |

This
is a photo that was taken a few days ago, if you like to use, of
our little reunion. We worked at Associated Transport, starting
in the late 1950's till it's closing in 1976; (L to R) Abe
Seeberger a mechanic, we just seen after all those years, Art
Siebert a driver, later in the office, Herb Halterman on the
dock and next Dom Paratore a driver. We got together after Abe
found one of us on the computer. Abe had saved the logo from
Associated Transport and it was nice having the photo taken with
it. Enjoyed our day and we will plan others |

Joe is a Local 294 Retiree
who worked for Harders Express, Red Star Express and retired in
2002 from New Penn. Joe owns and operates a hunting camp in the Black Hills of
Wyoming. Many Teamsters from both New York and Pennsylvania have
joined Joe on his hunting trips. Joe organizes elk, deer
and antelope hunts at his hunting camp. The picture on the left
is a deer taken during the 2002 hunting season. The antelope
below left was taken during the 2005 hunting season. |

Retiree Don Jeffries leads the Rensselaer Yankee
Doodle Band at the American Legion convention in Binghamton, NY Don is a
Local 294 Retiree who worked for Dorn's for many years then Oneida
before retiring.
