President Bulgaro congratulates Matt Williams on his January retirement. Matt is a 54year member of Local 294. He has only missed one meeting (due to a snow storm) in all those years. Matt worked for Asphalt Stone, Callahan Industries and the Town of Mohawk Highway Dept. Good luck in your retirement Matt!
