Business agents from as far away as Mississippi are gathering together here at Albany, NY  for the Joint Council 18 Leadership Academy Seminar. Joint Council 18 along with the IBT are dedicated to the continuing education of our business agents, organizers and shop stewards. We continue to bring our membership the information and tools needed to perform their individual jobs with confidence, knowing they are prepared for the task. We thank those people who have given up their time to attend this seminar. We also thank them for their dedication to the union and their fellow workers.
