President Bulgaro accepting an American flag that Organizer Paul Engel Jr.
flew from his helicopter on a mission during his tour of duty in Iraq. Paul
also presented a plaque from the Employer Support for the Guard and
Reserve to the Local. The plaque is for civilian employers who play a
critical roll in the defense of the nation by complying with the existing
